Where the hell am I? :: stuff - watches - Apogaum "Panerai" Style

The quest for a "poor man's" Panerai seems to be never ending, for me at least. I really enjoy the styling and sizes of the Paneari line of watches. So to that end I've owned a couple of Panerai-ish watches (Bijoux Terner, International Watchman, GMT f@ke) and now, the Apoguam.

To me it is pretty evident that this watch came from the same factory that pumps out the f@ke Panerai's. They just put Apoguam on the dial rather than Panerai and sent it on its merry way. Right to my mailbox.

The band that came with this one was stamped "genuine leather" - unless there are plastic cows, I don't think so. I swapped it out for a nice brown strap for a while and now have it on a black strap with white stitching (my fav) which make the dial "pop" more for me.
