Where the hell am I? :: stuff - watches - Invicta 2014

This one came to me by way of the closing sale of invictas4less.com, I am sad to say. David had played a big part in the Invicta community for some time, but finally could not keep up with the stiff competition of ShopNBC.com. Sorry to see him go.

Why this watch? A couple factors played into my decision. I wanted a white faced, or cream faced watch next. I only had two (before this one) in my little gang. I felt it was time for something other than black (maybe because it was summer, I don't know). I was looking at another Invicta, the Ocean Ghost II and read good things about it. I was also looking at the Tissot Seastar as well. When it came down to it, the other deciding factor was money. I could only spend what I sold on eBay. I did a garage cleaning session and managed to come up with $246. So the Tissot was out. I then found the Invicta 2015 (the black faced sibling to the 2014) on the Invicta Watch Forum on Watch-U-Seek. I inquired as to the size and received a favorable answer. Plus people had nothing but positive things to say about it.

So I went to the invictas4less.com site and found they had one 2014 left selling at cost plus shipping. I took the opportunity and ended up with this great looking watch. It's just what I was looking for. Ain't that great?
