Where the hell am I? :: stuff - watches - Seiko 6138-0040 Bullhead Chronograph

This one was on the "lust list" for some time. I love the vintage Seiko chronographs, any of them, so when one comes up that is affordable, as this one was, I have to jump on it!

The crystal was the biggest flaw in the condition of the watch when it arrived. The watch runs great and keeps time well. Everything functions as it should. I bought a replacement crystal off eBay and sent it to Keaton to be replaced, only to find that my replacement had a crack in it. But, it was still better than the scraped up crystal, so I went with it.

Funny thing about this watch - I didn't think it was going to show up. It was the longest Priority Mail delivery I have ever had - eight days from date of shipment to date of delivery. Seller could have drove it here himself in less time
